Funds collected by the "UKRAINIAN HOCKEY DREAM Charitable Foundation" are used to preserve Ukrainian hockey during the war and after victory. Payment of respective funds is equivalent to a charitable donation as defined by the Law of Ukraine "On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations". Paying a charitable contribution (a donation) through the LiqPay tool or using the details of the "UKRAINIAN HOCKEY DREAM Charitable Foundation" or in some other way, you consent to this, and also agree that the amount of the donation is non-refundable, and the corresponding charitable contribution (donation) are provided voluntarily and free of charge. By paying a charitable contribution (donation) to the "UKRAINIAN HOCKEY DREAM" Charitable Fund, you agree that in case of non-implementation of the relevant projects in accordance with the statutory purpose of the "UKRAINIAN HOCKEY DREAM" Charitable Foundation", the relevant funds will be transferred to the current account of the President's Initiative of Ukraine - UNITED 24. The "UKRAINIAN HOCKEY DREAM" Charitable Fund, in turn, undertakes to periodically report on expenditures and publish public reports on spending of funds on its official website.
